1) Classroom Instruction that work.
Specific and attainable active steps are identified which, when implemented will dramatically increase student achievement

2) Developing standard-Based test
A frequent evaluation of students’ achievement facilitates adjustment of teaching and content. When teachers develop their own instruments, they are more confident in how standards are being assessed. Additionally, teachers develop a thorough understanding of each performance objective contained within the standard.

3) Creating collaborative cultures;-cross-curricula instruction
Students learn better when different concepts are tied together through interdisciplinary curriculum
Participants will engage in an exercise to identify how they relate to each other across curriculum.

4) Managing Change
Change can be a frightening thing. It is, however, the universal constant in today’s world. Exercise and discussions will assist the participants in realizing how they react to change, how they can confidently embrace change, and how their own personalities can help or hinder the process of change.
Faculty and administrative staff will explore the process of change and its different manifestations.

5) Curriculum Development
The curriculum enunciates what the learner should know, be able to do. It is a fundamental to what is taught how it is taught and measured.
